When I attempt to access the survey, I am redirected to a page that has the following red error text: "We apologize, but we are unable to locate the specific survey project that you are trying to access..." What do I do? You may have encountered a screen that displays the following error message: We apologize, but we are unable to locate the specific survey project that you are trying to access. This is generally a result of the survey link being mistyped or misspelled in the address line. Please check your entry for accuracy and try retyping the survey link. Double check your survey link for accuracy and re-type the link in your browser address line. Survey website addresses need to be entered in exactly as listed in your survey invitation.
